Access to one dedicated standard outlet (10a 125v) within 15' of booth placement. We can also discuss battery-assisted configurations for select environments.
Internet
WiFi is recommended at 5Mbps+ upload/download for instant sharing and digital card delivery. If internet is limited, captures can queue and send once connectivity returns.
Floor Space
Typical setup footprint is 8'x8' with 10'x10' recommended for ideal traffic flow, branding elements, and guest interaction zones.
Max Guests
Built for individuals and small groups per session, with throughput scaled based on card workflow and level of customization.
Lead Time
Trading cards are a heavier AI build, so plan on a couple of months for fully custom themes, survey logic, and card design systems. Lighter setups can move faster, depending on what you need and where.
Deliverable
Digital trading card outputs with optional front/back layouts, branded frames, and optional printed cards in collector-style presentation formats.
Setup & Strike
Setup typically takes 45-60 minutes with arrival 60-90 minutes before start time. Strike usually takes 30-45 minutes depending on venue access.
Throughput
Typical throughput varies by customization depth, but workflows can support high event volume with queue-friendly capture and cloud-assisted processing.
Insurance
Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
