One dedicated 15A / 125V outlet within about 15 feet for the Glambot arm, camera, lighting, and workstation.
Internet
WiFi at roughly 5 Mbps up/down is recommended for instant text or email delivery. Capture can run offline with later upload when venue connectivity is limited.
Floor Space
20'x20' recommended for maximum flexibility, including lighting, guest approach path, and operator workspace. We work from your floor plan for red-carpet or open-air layouts.
Max Guests
Optimized for singles, couples, and small groups so framing stays cinematic. Larger parties can be staged in quick successive takes.
Lead Time
Glambot is only available in select markets, so reach out early and we'll confirm availability or travel. Book at least several weeks out, or a couple of months to lock custom creative, branding, venue logistics, and crew.
Deliverable
Branded slow-motion MP4 clips optimized for social, with optional intros, overlays, and music. Hosted gallery or export package for your team after the event.
Setup & Strike
Requires flat flooring with ramp or elevator access. No stairs. Setup typically takes 60 to 90 minutes including camera, lighting, and brand QA. Strike usually takes 45 to 60 minutes depending on venue load-out.
Throughput
Each take is short and directed. Typical pacing supports a steady VIP or influencer flow; we design queue messaging and staffing for your expected volume.
Insurance
Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
