Careers at Flashbulb Memories
So, you're outgoing, fun to work with, good with a bit of tech, cool under pressure, and you love making people laugh?
You might be a perfect fit. Flashbulb crews run photo and video experiences at weddings, galas, brand activations, and corporate events across the country — and we're always looking for the next great attendant, ambassador, or team lead.
The Job
You arrive early, set up a booth or roaming rig that looks like it belongs on a red carpet, and then spend the night doing the actual job: getting people to loosen up, laugh, and leave with a photo they'll keep forever.
Some nights it's a 300-guest wedding. Some nights it's a product launch where you're the face of a national brand. Either way, you run the gear, work the crowd, handle the curveballs, and tear down clean. Most shifts are evenings and weekends, which makes this an ideal second gig for students, creatives, and anyone who'd rather be at the party than watching it on someone else's story.
We train you on everything — the booths, the printers, the AI experiences, the client-side polish. What we can't train is personality. That part you bring.

We staff events year-round and hire on a rolling basis in every market we serve. If one of these sounds like you, we want to hear from you — even if you don't see a formal posting.
Part-time · Evenings & Weekends
The face of Flashbulb at the event. You set up the booth, keep the line moving and laughing, coach guests into their best shots, and pack it all down like it was never there. Every print that goes home great is yours.
Part-time · Event-based
For activations and corporate events, you represent both Flashbulb and the client's brand — greeting guests, driving traffic to the experience, capturing data and hype in equal measure. Polish and personality required.
Part-time · Experienced crew
You've run booths, you know the gear, and nothing at an event rattles you. Leads own logistics for larger activations, direct the on-site crew, and are the client's calm point of contact from load-in to load-out.
No photo booth experience required. These six things, on the other hand, are non-negotiable:
You genuinely like people, and it shows. You can walk up to a stranger at a wedding and have them laughing in thirty seconds.
Events are a team sport. Our crews look out for each other, cover for each other, and actually enjoy the night together.
Cameras, tablets, printers, lighting, AI booths — you don't need to be an engineer, but gear shouldn't scare you.
A line of forty guests, a DJ counting down, a printer being dramatic. You keep smiling and solve the problem.
Events start on time whether traffic cooperates or not. You show up early, every time, with room for gear when needed.
The whole job is making people crack up on camera. If making a room laugh sounds like work to you, this isn't your gig.
We staff local crews in the markets below. Near one of them? Perfect. Near-ish? Tell us anyway — our footprint keeps growing.
Don't take our word for what the job demands — take our clients'. This is the standard you'd be joining:
“They were early to set up, one of the last vendors to leave, and made new best friends with our guests while they were there. I will never use anyone else!”
“Very professional and the pictures came out looking great. Exceeded my expectations — definitely one of the highlights of the party.”
Reach out and tell us about yourself. Worst case, you've made a new friend at the coolest photo booth company in the country. Best case, we see you at the next event.
