Access to one dedicated standard outlet (10a 125v) within 15' of booth setup for camera, lighting, and processing hardware.
Internet
WiFi recommended at 10Mbps+ for AI background processing and instant digital delivery via text/email. Cellular fallback can be provided when venue internet is unavailable.
Floor Space
Minimum 8'x8' footprint with 10'x10' recommended for ideal guest flow and attendant operation. No green wall, chroma fabric, or dedicated set required.
Max Guests
Typically 1-8 guests per capture depending on framing, scene composition, and event layout. AI Background Removal keeps group edges clean without a chroma wall.
Lead Time
Book at least several weeks out, or a couple of months for custom scene libraries and branded environment builds. Depending on what you need and where, a standard Magic Green Screen setup may be ready in as little as 24 hours.

Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
