Power
PC and kiosk deployments typically need a dedicated outlet for the host machine and any cameras or lighting. Pure mobile or cloud experiences only need power for optional display hardware on site.
Internet
Cloud builds on GCP or AWS need reliable venue connectivity for capture, AI processing, and delivery. Offline-capable or hybrid modes can be scoped when networks are unreliable.
Floor Space
Software-first footprint: as little as a laptop or tablet kiosk, or zero dedicated floor space for mobile-first / remote flows. Hardware travel kits are sized to your show plan.
Max Guests
Scales with architecture and capture mode. Parallel mobile sessions and multi-station PC builds support high volume; we size throughput in the quote.
Lead Time
Plan on a couple of months or more for fully bespoke AI activations, custom backends, and hardware-integrated apps, depending on scope and QA. Light UI skins can move faster.
Deliverable
Production software (web, iOS, and/or PC), brand-ready UI/UX, data capture and exports, digital keepsakes (e.g. AI trading cards, commercial reels), deployment docs, and ongoing management options.
Setup & Strike
Remote and cloud deployments ship as configured environments. On-site PC or iOS kits include arrival, QA, and teardown windows agreed with your venue.
Throughput
Throughput depends on hardware count, AI pipeline latency, and guest flow. We design for the peak you expect and load-test before go-live.
Insurance
Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
