Flashbulb Memories is proud to be a national photo and video experience provider. We operate with key service hubs including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Sedona, Tucson, New York City, Boston, Austin, Miami, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, and Atlanta, and we travel to other locations on request. Not every experience is available in every location, and some, like our Glambot, are only offered in select markets. Request a quote and we'll let you know how we can help or whether travel is required.

What is typically included in your standard photo booth package?

Our standard packages are designed to deliver a premium experience. They typically include 3-4 hours of active booth time, a professional and engaging attendant, unlimited digital photos, a premium backdrop selection, and a personalized photo template. Specific inclusions will vary based on the package chosen and location.

How do guests receive their photos and videos from the event?

Guest convenience is a priority. With our print experiences, every attendee gets a printed copy or keepsake live, right at the booth. Attendees can also instantly share their photos or videos from the booth's interactive sharing station by email, text message, or QR code, depending on the experience. And depending on the experience and whether your event is public or private, you may get an online gallery after the event or a live gallery during it.

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your invoice is required to lock in your date, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event. Working with purchase orders? Special payment accommodations can be made to fit your company's PO terms.

A permanent installation is a branded Flashbulb photo experience that stays in your venue long term. Guests walk up on their own schedule, capture shareable media, and optionally leave contact details through surveys so you can stay connected after the visit.

Permanent Installations are structured as a photo booth lease and ongoing install for your space, not a single-event rental. Hardware, branding, and support stay aligned to how your venue operates night after night.

Where do permanent installations work best?

Accepted Answer

Nightclubs, bars, restaurants, hotel lobbies, dental and medical waiting rooms, retail floors, banquet venues, and corporate campuses. Anywhere guests gather and you want social sharing plus a path into post-visit marketing.

Do we need staff to run the booth every night?

No. The experience is designed for self-service. Guests capture and receive media on their own so your team can stay focused on hospitality. We provide a light staff walkthrough at go-live.

How do surveys and guest data help my marketing?

Accepted Answer

Optional survey prompts and contact fields collect information guests choose to share when they want their media delivered. You can export that data for loyalty programs, reputation asks, and follow-up campaigns after the visit.

Can we change branding for themed nights or holidays?

Yes. Themes, overlays, logos, and welcome copy can be updated remotely so the permanent installation matches a special night, private takeover, or seasonal campaign without swapping hardware.
