We'll help you navigate NYC buildings and guest flow so the activation feels intentional, not improvised.
Power
Access to a single, dedicated standard outlet (10a 125v) within 15' of the platform location. The 360 Video Booth requires consistent power for the rotating camera arm, lighting system, and platform operation. Battery backup options are available for outdoor events or locations with unreliable power.
Internet
WiFi is required with a 5Mbps minimum upload/download speed recommended for instant video delivery via email and text. Cellular service can be provided for an additional fee if WiFi is not available, but service cannot be guaranteed in all locations. Videos captured without internet will be queued and delivered once connectivity is restored.
Floor Space
Minimum 10'x10' space required, with 12'x12' recommended for optimal operation. This allows enough room for the platform, rotating camera arm, lighting setup, and guests to move freely without restrictions. The platform itself is 36" in diameter.
Max Guests
The 36" platform accommodates 1-4 guests at a time (up to 900lbs total weight). Designed for individuals or small groups, ensuring every guest gets their moment in the spotlight with smooth motion capture and dynamic angles.
Lead Time
Book at least several weeks out, or a couple of months for custom branding, themed experiences, or special event requirements. Depending on what you need and where, a standard 360 Video Booth may be ready in as little as 24 hours.
Deliverable
Short MP4 video clips incorporating effects like slow-motion, boomerang, or fast-forward with branded overlays and music. Videos are instantly shareable via text, email, or QR code. Full-resolution videos are hosted online for 6 months after your event for easy access and download.
Setup & Strike
Setup typically takes 60-90 minutes, with our team arriving 1.5-2 hours before your event start time. This includes platform assembly, camera arm calibration, lighting setup, and system testing. Strike typically takes 45-60 minutes to safely disassemble and remove all equipment from the venue.
Throughput
Throughput varies based on group size and video length, but typically 20-30 videos per hour. Each video session takes approximately 2-3 minutes from guest entry to video delivery. For high-traffic events, multiple platforms can be provided to increase capacity.
Insurance
Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
