Phoenix Event Support
We'll help you navigate the optimal guest flow for these desert events, from patio receptions to ballroom galas.
Power
Access to a single, dedicated, standard outlet (10a 125v) within 15' of booth location. Battery packs are available for an additional fee if power access is not possible.
Internet
WiFi is required with a 5Mbps minimum upload/download speed recommended. Cellular service can be provided for an additional fee if WiFi is not available, but service cannot be guaranteed in all locations. When internet is down/unavailable, photos will render and will be shared when internet is re-established during or after the event.
Floor Space
Varies based on options and setup preferences, but highly flexible. Recommended: 8'x8'x8' (L x W x H) for a standard AI photo experience with prints. A minimum 2'x2'x7' is required for our digital output only AI faceswap experiences
Lead Time
Some less customizable experiences can be ready in as little as 24 hours, depending on what you need and where. We recommend at least several weeks out, and a couple of months for custom-themed experiences or heavy AI builds like trading cards. We'll be sure to let you know what's possible.
Deliverable
Digital photo personalized with your logo, tagline or other graphics. Photo can be Square, Portrait, or Landscape depending on experience and preference, and video outputs are also possible. Optional printing upgrade is available in 4X6, 5X7 or other sizes, including custom print media such as metallic, pearl white, translucent and more. Also compatible with our double-sided customizable Trading Cards or other custom-created physical keepsakes.
Setup & Strike
Setup usually takes around 45 - 60 minutes, with 1.5 - 2 hours of total setup time alloted for most events. Earlier and prior day setup are available for an added fee. Strike typically takes 30-45 minutes to have equipment completely unloaded from the venue.
Throughput
Varies based on your event/crowd, and is determined by equipment quantity and final options. Maximum output with a single set of equipment for our fastest experience is 180 photos per hour.
Insurance
Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
