Basic setups usually need a standard outlet nearby; larger looks may need additional circuits. Confirmed when you book.
Internet
WiFi recommended for live sharing or cloud delivery. Offline capture with later upload is available when venue connectivity is limited.
Floor Space
Varies by build: compact hero looks need less room; red-carpet or scenic setups need more. We work from your floor plan.
Max Guests
Pacing and headcount are set in the quote based on your expected guest flow.
Lead Time
Share creative references and dates as early as possible, since we book up to a year or more in advance. Custom looks and printed materials usually need a couple of months of planning; simpler bookings can turn faster.
Deliverable
Still and video deliverables (resolution, counts, and delivery method) are defined in writing with your booking.
Setup & Strike
Arrival, setup, and teardown windows are scheduled with your venue and event timeline.
Insurance
Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
