Minimum 8'x8' footprint with 10'x10' recommended for ideal guest flow, backdrop placement, and attendant operation.

Typically 1-8 guests per capture depending on framing, backdrop width, and event layout.
Lead Time
Book at least several weeks out, or a couple of months for custom branding and template-heavy builds. Depending on what you need and where, a standard Classic Photo Booth may be ready in as little as 24 hours.
Deliverable
Prints for every guest, full-size 4x6 or 2x6 strip formats, branded overlays, logo-ready templates, and hosted online gallery delivery.
Setup & Strike
Setup generally takes 45-60 minutes with arrival 60-90 minutes before go-live. Strike typically takes 30-45 minutes after service ends.
Throughput
Typical throughput is 45-70 sessions per hour depending on print format, group size, and customization flow.
Insurance
Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
