Power
Battery-powered system requires no power outlet access. The handheld device is fully portable and charges between events. Perfect for outdoor venues, remote locations, or events where power access is limited.
Internet
WiFi is required with a 5Mbps minimum upload/download speed recommended for instant photo delivery via email and text. Cellular service can be provided for an additional fee if WiFi is not available, but service cannot be guaranteed in all locations. Photos captured without internet will be queued and delivered once connectivity is restored.
Floor Space
Zero footprint required! The Roaming Photo Booth takes up no floor space as it's completely handheld and mobile. Our attendant moves through your event space, making it perfect for crowded venues, tight spaces, or events where every square foot matters.
Max Guests
Unlimited guests can be captured throughout your event. The Roaming Photo Booth is perfect for large gatherings where traditional booths might create bottlenecks. Our attendants can capture individuals, couples, or groups of any size.
Lead Time
Book at least several weeks out, or a couple of months for custom branding, themed experiences, or special event requirements. Depending on what you need and where, a standard Roaming Photo Booth may be ready in as little as 24 hours.
Deliverable
Branded photos delivered instantly via email and text with custom branding and wording. Guests can instantly share to social media channels directly from the custom microsite we build for you. All photos are available in a private online gallery after the event for easy access and download.
Setup & Strike
No setup or strike time required! The Roaming Photo Booth arrives ready to use. Our attendant arrives 15-30 minutes before your event start time to ensure everything is ready, and can begin capturing photos immediately upon arrival.
Throughput
Throughput varies based on event flow and guest engagement, but our attendants can typically capture 40-60 photos per hour while moving through your event. For high-traffic events or larger gatherings, multiple attendants can be provided to increase coverage and capture more moments.
Insurance
Full $2M GL Policy with ability to add venue and client(s) as additional insured party. Optional Waiver of subrogation and Noncontributory policy endorsements available. Also listed as an approved vendor and EAC at most major venues and tradeshows.
